Its not Herbie. Its called a crab, or a body louse. Its also nicknamed "Cooties". Crabs are parasitical creatures that feed off its host. They are transferred from one person to another usually by sexual contact but can be gotten by wearing some elses clothes. They live in the clothes and make the trip from there to moist areas like the crotch and armpits to feed and then migrate back to the clothes. They can only be gotton rid of by applying a topical poison cream on the effected areas and by boiling the persons clothes and bed linen. This bug has the nickname of lovebug The named lovebug is a small black fly with red thorax and is seen mainly in the southern coastal states. They are mainly seen splaterred on the windshields of cars because they swarm in high numbers.
