"Mind" is a verb meaning to tend, to take care of. If you mind your own business, you tend to whatever is your responsibility, without trying to interfere in someone else's job.

This is often said when someone is being overly curious, is trying to interfere in something they should not, or is in some other way "butting in" when they are not wanted or needed.
Means to concern yourself with your own cares, and not any one else's
