A white wolf isn't necessarily albino. For an animal to be truly an albino it must have no color pigment, which causes its nose to be pinkish and its eyes to be red because no color is hiding the veins and stuff underneath. Its fur also just appears white because of the absence of color.

Anyway, this could be judged by some to be more of a spiritual question because of the categories picked, It's not clear if there is a specific meaning for a white wolf. Usually white refers to purity and light. Wolves in general however seemed to be recognized symbolically as guardians, path finders, and learning to trust your instincts or intuition. Their pack life representing loyalty and closeness to family and friends.
