It means pertaining to the life, works or style of the poet Percy Bysshe Shelley (1792-1822). The Oxford Engl;ish Dictionary prefers 'Shelleyan' and also lists Shellyan, Shelleian, Shelleyana, Shelleyism, Shelleyist, Shelleyite, Shelleyolator and Shelleyolatry. But it doesn;t give Shelleyesque, which the Merriam-Webster dictionary says is the same thing as Shelleyan.
