Sincerity means honesty in the expression of true or deep feelings. Sine Ceras, which means without wax. When sculptures would be making a vase it would sometimes crack due to the heat. The potter then took some bee's wax to cover the crack and paint over it and then even a skilled trader wouldn't know any better. True and honest sculptures would hang a sign above the door saying Sine Ceras, without wax. So sincerity is to be sincere, as in it is what it is, a clay pot is just that, a clay pot, without wax. So to be sincere is to be open and honest, in short, to be without wax.
