It is a nonsense word, or "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" is, from Mary Poppins, and in the movie they say that it is the most wonderful word, and just saying it makes you happy, and can do wondrous things. :) It is mostly a nonsense word, but if someone uses it, they usually mean something like "super cool" or "remarkable."
