"Svierige" (roughly, "Svair-ghya") is the Swedish name for that country.

An öre was the smallest unit of money, equivalent to 1/100 of a crown (krona). Ore-denominated coins circulated until a few years ago but are no longer used. At the end, only 50-öre coins were in use and these were only worth a few US cents.
