It's a reference to the popular fan made anime parody, Dragon Ball Z Abridged. After killing Recoome and Burter, Goku chides Vegeta for his actions, saying, "That was not very Paragon!" Vegeta replies, "Renegade for life." This is itself a reference to the popular video game Mass Effect, where your character's actions can take your character down either the Paragon or the Renegade path.
