But some might think that "mad" is like "angry" but moreso, in which case the word is "river", or that angry is like mad but moreso, in which case the word is "trickle". And some would say that "mad" means insane, which is a state of mind but a different one, in which case we are looking for a word for a topographical feature which is not a flow of water, possibly "hill".
