They would still tend to favor one or the other gender, often by parental(example) or choice. a basically female Morph might wear her hair very feminine but would have problems with a flat chest and possibly some oddities below decks. Almost all Morphs are very sensitive about this reality and some will go to considerable lengths to attempt to camouflage the problem, avoiding certain camera angles, etc. They tend to have a profile like the deck of the Carrier Lexington, you know, flat on top!
