It's someone who does not feel internally that they identify with either gender.
Sex is hard wired, gender is too. But just like you can get ambiguous genitalia and chromosomal abnormalities in sex typing, you can get people who just don't feel male or female.
People are going to have male parts or female parts or both that determines their gender role in society. But on the inside they don't identify as a male or a female. They feel as though they don't have a gender at all. Sexual relations are difficult because these persons do not get arroused due to the balance between male and female. Much more isn't known about gender neutral / gender queer persons as of yet, but we are still learning about this difficult lifestyle.
Queer, like, wierd queer? That would be "That's a queer drawing!" Or queer, like, gay queer? "You're really queer!"
There is no E on the end of 'queer'. Otherwise you are correct.
The word queer has traditionally meant "strange" or "unusual," but currently it is also often used in reference to gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, and asexual communities. Its usage is controversial and underwent substantial changes over the course of the 20th century. The term is still considered by some to be offensive and derisive, and by others simply as a re-appropriated term used to describe a sexual orientation and/or gender identity or gender expression that does not conform to heteronormative society.

a queer male is like a gay...... A queer male basically implies a third gender male, that is a feminine gendered or an effeminate male. Although, a queer male may be interested exclusively in women, a trait closely associated with a queer male is receptive anal sex. In fact, just like in the modern west a sexual interest in men is seen as being equivalent to effeminacy, in the past, queer or a sexual interest in women was seen as being synonymous with a desire for receptive anal sex. Those who played the penetrator part were not seen as queer but as straight men.

A queer girl is someone who does not identify as straight, but they may not identify as lesbian either. For instance, if they love someone who identifies as gender queer or agender, then they are neither gay or straight, but queer. A girl who identifies as queer may be someone who loves women most of the time, but is attracted to a man every once in a while, or vice-versa, and does not feel that bisexual is an appropriate identity because it implies a 50-50 split in attraction. Someone who identifies as a lesbian can also identify as queer. Queer is essentially a catch-all term for anyone who is not straight. However, for some people queer is an insult. Some people have reclaimed it, and apply it to themselves, but be careful, because it can also be deeply hurtful to some people. A lesbian is a woman who is romantically and/or sexually attracted to other women.

Queer theory emerged in the early 1990s as a critical framework for examining and challenging societal norms surrounding gender and sexuality. The term "queer" itself was historically used as a derogatory label but was reclaimed by LGBTQ+ activists and scholars to encompass a broader range of identities and experiences beyond binary categories. Queer theory seeks to deconstruct the fixed categories of sexual orientation and gender identity, emphasizing fluidity and the social construction of these concepts. The name reflects its focus on disrupting conventional understandings and advocating for a more inclusive perspective on human identity.

The term "queer headed" is not widely recognized in academic or popular discourse, and its meaning may vary depending on context. Generally, it could refer to someone who embraces non-normative sexual orientations or gender identities, often expressing a fluid or non-conforming perspective on gender and sexuality. If used in a specific cultural or artistic context, it might denote a particular aesthetic or thematic exploration related to queer identity. For a precise definition, it's essential to consider the context in which the term is used.
