No-Where-Ian, someone who lives no-where

I just met someone who described himself as one.

He lived nowhere. He was not homeless, he just had all his worldly possessions in two suitcases and he lived in hotels working as a instructor. So, no fixed location, no permanent mailing address. I have no idea how he handled taxes or driver license.
