OK so we're all wondering what cultural nuance means, right? Well to be honest i do not have the answer but i can draw something along the lines of what it might be, my conclusion is that cultural means: relating to the customs, ideas and social behavior of a society and nuance means: a slight difference or distinction.

So what i can draw from that is that a cultural nuance must be something like:

A slight difference or distinction between cultures. :)

Hope this helps :)

What is a antonym for proverb?

Since the term "aphorism" was first used by Hippocrates to mean a short pithy proposition relating to health and disease, the term "old wives' tale" seems an appropriate antonym, since it is a concise false statement often relating to medicine. Other terms that could serve as antonyms of the word "aphorism" in a more general sense are "urban legend" or "myth."
