adjective of quality

The word poor is an adjective, so I am not sure what you mean by adjectives for poor. As a noun, it becomes poverty. As an adverb, it becomes poorly. A synonym for poor is impoverished. Poor has more than one meaning, it can be an indication of lack of money, or of bad quality.
