Two antonyms of some usages of to are fromand after.

To is a word with many uses both as a preposition and an adverb. There are no antonyms for most usages, but there are for two of the most common meanings.

When to is used as a function word relating to movement ("walked to her school") or contact ("applied soap to his face"), from is an antonym ("walked from her school" and "rinsed soap from his face").

When to is used as a function word to show a relationship in time ("ten minutes to noon" and "a week to the closing"), to means "before." In this case, after is an antonym ("ten minutes after noon" and "a week after the closing"), although from is also antonymous in this usage.
