Personal writing is something written for fun, there is really no purpose for it except to simply entertain. Educational writing is writing to educate someone about a certain subject, usually non-fiction(true). Personal writing is for your own entertainment or personal use. For example a diary or slum book. academic writing is for educational purposes. Example test papers, books, and the likes.
Technical writing is usually about how to do something, or how something works. An instruction manual about how to make a light bulb is an example of technical writing. Expository writing "explains" something. A book about how the light bulb was invented is an example of expository writing.

When you are writing a list of My Writing Territories, consider what genres you would like to try. Try to have a balance between poetry, essays, letters, novels, etc. Also jot down what you would like to write about, and some important details. For example, if you were writing about your dog, maybe you would write Paws-Poem-How he sticks his head out of the window in the car. How he licks my face in the middle of the night. Something like that. Don't list too many details, or you won't have any fun writing, because everything will already be on paper. Remember, you Writing Territories are just genres and ideas for your writing that you would like to try in the future. Hope I helped! :)
