I believe spell number 66 is "Thor's Bellow." It's dropped from Amducias, the horseheaded monster in the Nest of Evil. Amducias appears right after the fourth teleport room, I think. Wear a Thief Ring, obtained from the "Find the King of Birds" quest (the dodo is in Forgotten City, wait for a few seconds on the map to the left of the poison worm hole).
Just in case...
The Nest of Evil is a hidden arena of sorts that you can unlock by completing 888% or more of your map, then completing the relevant quest given by Wind. If the quest doesn't appear, then complete other quests to get it.
The actual warp painting will appear below the first drawbridge, near the Entrance.
Tip for collecting the spell: Since Amducias only appears in that one room, and the setup of the Nest of Evil prevents you from entering and re-entering to make it respawn, you can actually take advantage of a glitch of sorts. Kill Amducias, then go to your start menu and suspend the game. When you return, you'll be in the same room, and Amducias will be alive again.
