If you mean "spoonerism" it is the (usually) unconscious metathesis, or transposition, of the initial sounds of two or more words in a phrase, resulting in a humorous or absurd recombination, such as "a bull fox" instead of a full box, or a "roaring pain" instead of a pouring rain. William Archibald Spooner (1844-1930) acquired such an exaggerated reputation for these metatheses that his name became attached to them.
