The suffix ~phobia means "a fear of" +whatever word goes before it. That part is usually in Latin or Greek - and it refers particularly to an irrational fear.

Hydrophobia - the fear of water

Arachnophobia - the fear of Spiders

Claustrophobia - the fear of encosed spaces

... are a few real things

In many cases people make up words as a jokey way of saying that someone is afraid of something.

In this case I think that the reference is that someone is afraid of examinations/tests.
