What is the French translation of the English phrase 'the French royal emblem'?

L'emblème royal français is a French equivalent of the English phrase "the French royal emblem".Specifically, the masculine singular definite article le* is "the". The masculine noun emblème means "emblem". The masculine adjective royal means "royal". The masculine adjective français translates as "French".The pronunciation will be "law-blem rwa-yal fraw-say" in French.*The vowel drops -- and is replaced by an apostrophe -- before a noun whose spelling begins with a vowel.

Is the novel Mo Dha Mhici by Seamus Mac Annaidh available in English?

A good question. Not only is it not available in English it's probably out of print in Irish as well by now. As an author Mac Annaidh prefers to work on new books rather than to go back over old ones. His latest (sixth) novel Ar ais go Keriolet was published earlier this year. It's partly set in Brittany in the chateau which was once owned by Prince Youssoupoff, assassin of Rasputin. Literature in Irish has come a long way since M'asal Beag Dubh. Mac Annaidh's first novel was published in Russian translation, none of the others have been translated. This answer from the author himself who can be found on Facebook.

Is France a proper adjective?

the same adjective can apply to several nouns at once, just as in English. les tulipes, les dahlias, les roses étaient rouges = the tulips, the dahlias, the roses were red. les rues, les maisons et le château étaient anciens : the streets, the houses and the castle were old. (nbote that when you have both feminine and masculine nouns, the adjective will take the masculine form)
