I do not believe there is an official adjectival version of cave (at least that is used by modern English). The best one can do is to make it descriptive: "cave like" or "having the characteristics of a cave".
For example: The cave like rocks made interesting shapes. -or- This Antarctic fissure has the characteristics of a cave.
If you need to use it for a non-formal setting, you could say "cave-ish"
