There isn't a direct opposite.

Given that to leer means to look at someone in a sly or lascivious or malicious manner, then some more positive and alternative ways of looking might be 'looking lovingly', looking in a kindly way, in a friendly, supportive, tender, sympathetic or comforting way.

To look 'openly' would be the opposite of looking slyly.

Even just 'smiling'or 'frowning', or even 'not looking at all' could be alternatives to leering!

Consequently it would appear that no dictionary lists any approprite antonym(s) for leering.
