Nobulate which is something associated when the FIHD ie factory installed hdd is send and when the system starts it gets error FAILED like command prompt screen..If u get this the issue might be resolved once you shutdown the system and restart it..it works otherwise go into the command prompt from safe mode and type system restore command ie %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe and if it doesn't work then go ahead and do fresh reinstall from cd.
