An accident is an unplanned, usually unwanted event. Like if you knock over your beer glass on the table and the beer spills everywhere. It can also be something more serious like a car crash.

An emergency is when a crisis of some sort occurs that requires immediate action. Like someone having a heart attack needs immediate medical attention; that is an emergency.

An accident is anything which is not intended to happen. If a knife slipped out of my hand and fell to the floor, that is an accident.

A crash is a collision which destroys or severely damages the machine involved in it. Usually this is a car or plane, but you could talk about crashing other types of mobile machines. "There was a terrible crash: the man drove his forklift into a wall." It is possible that there could be a crash which is intended and not an accident at all--crash tests on cars, for example.
