Unfortunately, that would be impossible... Robert C. O'Brien died before this book was published, and therefore he could not have written a sequel. You could try www.FanFiction.com. At FanFiction.com, the fans can continue where the book left off. They can add a chapter, or in this case journal entry. You might want to check that out.

Best of luck,

Z for Zachariah is a novel by Robert C. O'Brien which was published posthumously in 1973. He died when writing the last chapter, so his family finished the book for him. It is written from the first person perspective of a sixteen-year-old girl named Ann Burden, who survives a nuclear war in a small American town. The town's location is in a geographically distinct and remote valley that shelters it from the nuclear fallout. The book takes the form of a diary kept by Ann as she recounts the events that followed the war.

Good answer:(

In this chapter Faro (David dog) came back. He looks as thin as a skeleton, it seems that he only ate when he caught something, and he also lost a lot of hair from his left side.Mr Loomis tried to make a connection by giving the dog some food to eat. Later, Faro seemed to get along with Mr. Loomis and Ann peeks a sneak from the cave. After that, Faro found Ann's tracks and followed the tracks to the cave where Ann is hiding. Ann knows that Faro thought that David will be with Ann but unfortunately no. Then, Faro went back to the house and sleep. After that, Mr Loomis took a mirror and cut his hair and beard by using a pair of scissors, he looked totally different and looked younger. The next morning, he went to the shop and got some new cloths and he looked good and handsome with his new transformation. Ann followed Mr Loomis and spied on him and ate some blackberries near bushes. At night, Mr Loomis doesn't make a fire, nor ate any supper and feed Faro.
