Well the word "mnemonic" is sometimes pronounced as NEWmonic, instead of NEHmonic, so you could say that it is pronounced with a U even though it isn't really there.

How do you make a word of English letters without pronouncing a another letter?

If by pronounce another letter you mean the sound of the letter, such as the letter M, pronounced em, I would not be too sure. The only one that I can think of is the expression of agreement, "Mmm". That doesn't pronounce another letter. Of course, it can be argued that you can't make another word in english... you just need to go through the ones that already exist.
