"ME" as in medical examiner? The plural is medical examiners, or you could, I suppose, say "MEs". This would probably work with any other phrase that abbreviates to ME also.

If you mean the English word "me", there's not really a plural for it because it's not something that there really can bemultiples of.

The pronoun for a group that includes yourself is "we" or "us" (the object form ... the one you'd use where you'd use "me" ... is "us").

In a Science Fiction or fantasy context, you could talk about clones, or dopplegangers, or alternate versions of yourself from parallel universes or something. Since there's not really an official plural, if you're writing such a story you can pluralize it any way you think you can justify, but what I've usually seen is "mes", e.g. "There's a whole bunch of mes in here!"

I've even seen us pluralized in the same contexts, as in "Watch out for the zombie usses."
