If the author or writer has many different credentials and can be verified as credible, than it can be assume that the author is credible. * If the data can be determined as credible I can assume the website is a credible source. ____ There is usually no foolproof way of determing quickly whether a souce is reliable or not. You need to use your knowledge of the subject and your common sense. Incidentally, in the humanities, the time of the most recent update is often not that important.
