With a relatively neutral US accent, chaff and gaff rhyme with laugh. I don't think they would work for some other English accents.
The way we pronounce it in America, the following words rhyme with laugh:

gaffe, calf, half, chaff, staff, graph, giraffe.
That's a hard one. Just try saying different words. Be creative. Maybe even make up a word.
E.g.: staff; staph; graph; giraffe; etc..
Bath, calf, half, path ( i think ), wrath.
