This question I am working on now, and I don't think people will see this because trying to find a symbol for procrastination is above college level thinking. Although it's near to impossible, I did come up with a few.
1. A skeleton leaning against a wall, or hand on its chin. -- It waited too long for something, and time was up.
2. A broken watch. -- Time is up
