Beringia
A teepee is an Indian tent/hut. The most common synonym for it is a wigwam (used by the Plain Indians). Other words could be depending on which tribe the Indians may come from are called chickee (Seminoles) and wickihut (Northern Indians).
From the Objibwe words misi-ziibi and gichi-ziibi(both meaning 'Great River' . Ojibwe is one of the languages spoken by Algonquin Indians.
It means don't worry about it until it happens. For example if you were going on a trip and you were worried about being able to communicate when you were there you could say 'I'll cross that bridge when I come to it' meaning, I'll worry about that if or when the problem occurs.
There was an old English word 'hei' a word used to attract attention, which later became 'hiya'. There is also a reference to a word used by the Kansan Indians which was adopted into American English
"Too much water under the bridge" means too much has happened to make the situation right and you've moved on. An example would be: If you broke up with a mate because they treated you really bad, when they try to come back, you may say "there's too much water under the bridge."
