English translation of kumain ka na ba?: Have you eaten?
It's Hindi. It means something like "heads up!" or "pay attention!" In the song, the lyrics translation I found is, "baamulaiza baamulaiza ba adab ho baamulaiza": Everybody show respect, the ruler has arrived!

It's a tough one. I think the theme is To always be true to yourself, love never fails, or believe in yourself. One of those. I don't think it's being true to yourself, though, because Scarlett finds out who she really is in the book, she doesn't stay her rebel self. Idk, I'm pretty sure it's to learn to love what you have, because Scarlett learns to really love her father's family in Kilimor, Ireland, and learns how much she missed her mum.
We can't come up with anything that matches that particular combination of rhythm, tempo, and range of pitch. The combination reminds me of The Beatles' song, Hey Jude. Except they use "Na" and it's a long section at the end.
