No, I would say it is more of a lazy mind that has failed to expand its horizons. A person who swears is expressing their sin nature. Jesus said, "Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks." It is like the idea of dirty jokes. Some people feel you should tell them but there is plenty of humor in life without that. For instance, what do you call a steer that can only go forward? Irreversible Dirty jokes or dirty mouths are an excuse for not wanting to do what is right and being lazy not wanting to grow as a person.
