I think that there are cliques because most girls which I call wannabes don't know how to stand up for themselves so they hang around tough "popular" brave girls to back them up but honestly the wannabes don't know that the popular girls get into problems easily. I am in a clique well i have a clique hating me so i have a problem with that i have 15 girls that hate me! I came here to get advice cause I don't feel that I wanna show my face to that school again. so to answer that question, there are cliques because girls are to over the top sometimes

Advantages: • Oral test provides direct contact between the teacher and the student. • More than one teacher can assess more than one student simultaneously • It provides an opportunity to assess strong and weak areas of each student. • It provides an opportunity to question the student about how they arrived to the answer. • It provides the teacher with an opportunity to clarify the question in case the student has not understood. Disadvantages: • It lacks standardization hence the results of the test cannot compare across candidates. • It is expensive (time) because the teacher cannot examine more than fifteen students in a day. • It lacks objectivity because it is very subjective; teacher can be affected by other factors external to the test. • It lacks a precise definition of the criteria for the award of a satisfactory rate
