Syntax refers to the rules on how words are arranged. In any language, this is important to learn, as the order of words can sometimes change the meaning of a sentence, or otherwise make the sentence confusing and hard to understand.
If by ELT you mean "English Language Teaching," then syntax is important because the structure of a sentence gives it meaning. Two sentences can be similar in the words it uses but the way the sentence is structured can vastly change the sentence's meaning. For instance:
The car was pushed by the football player.
The football player pushed the car.
The first uses the passive voice, thus making the car the focus, but the seconds uses the active voice, making the football player the focus. Both say essentially the same thing, but the structure imparts different understandings.
Syntax helps to keep the text cohesive. It is important to reading and writing because the reader needs to understand what is written, and a writer wants to make sure the reader understands.
For example: "I went into town yesterday" would make less sense to a reader if it was written as "town into yesterday went I", even though lots of the meaning is still there.
This differs depending on the language. "I went into town yesterday" in German is "Gestern, bin ich in die stadt gegangen", which directly translated into English would mean "Yesterday am I in the town went".
Syntax ius one of the most important aspect of language that should be known by all the learners.
Disjointed syntax is when is the grammatical structure of a sentence has been interrupted
Syntax- n.- the grammatical arrangement of words in a sentenceExample: When you write a novel, avoid improper format, misspellings, punctuation mistakes, grammar and syntaxmistakes.
Syntax is the way words are put together to form phrases and sentences.
It is called syntax.

It is already there. There are several ELT testing and training centers working in Pakistan. Though number is low but they are there.

The formula may not work properly, and more than likely it may not work at all. It is important to follow the syntax and know how to use the formula and any functions that are in it. It is the functions that have a stronger structure of syntax, and getting syntax wrong can cause lots of problems.
Syntax is very important when writing Excel formulas. Each formula and function will help guide you through how to format the equation. Probably the most important thing to remember about syntax is to begin all formulas with the equal sign, or Excel will just interpret your entry as text and not calculate anything.EXAMPLE: =SUM(A1:A12) [Adds the contents of cells A1 through A2]

The word, "elt", refers to a young sow or pig. It is an obscure word, but has been in use since 1864 and is still in use in certain British dialects.
Syntax variation refers to differences in sentence structure or grammar rules that can occur across languages or dialects. These variations can include word order, sentence formation, and the arrangement of words within a sentence. Syntax variation can impact how meaning is conveyed and understood in different linguistic contexts.
The most important thing is that all formulas begin with the equals sign. Without it they will be treated as text. Other important things are to remember the structure and syntax and not to refer to the cell that you are entering the formula into. The most important thing is that all formulas begin with the equals sign. Not possible; syntax cannot be avoided. (Syntax errors can be though.)
No. Syntax is/are the rules of the language, tags are part of the syntax.
