It is important to be resilient when i experience a setback because it is important to get back on track with what I'm going at work. When working with my priorities list, i do get disturbed with phone calls and people at reception, so i do get interrupted quite alot throughout the day. I do get thrown off track when i get interrupted, but i always manage to get back to the task im doing and complete it.

It's important to be resilient when you experience setbacks to ensure the task in hand is completed. I have a to-do list which I constantly refer to, to ensure i'm on the right track as I get distracted by other jobs very easily. It's important to keep a calm and steady head throughout the day as working as an admin assistant I am frequently asked questions about other jobs i've been given. By remaining resilient, all tasks can be completed in the allotted time
