No you could not. A horses saddle and bridle would not fit a gemsbok's much more narrow frame. Further more a gemsbok can never be fully tames, if they could be tamed they already would be and would more than likely be used for agricultural activities. Not all species of animal are tamable and the gemsbok is one of them.
saddle, saddle blanket, bit, bridle, halter . this is off the top of my head it depends how you ride for you saddle you can ride western or English!!!;) you can also ride with a Australian saddle.
Yes, you do. And a bridle and horseshoes if you want to enter a competition too.
It is not weird at all! Some people do that because they find it easier to balance in a western saddle but is more comfortable with the English bridle. Yea it totally works and if you enjoy riding like that way there is no one that can stop you so RIDE ON!
Go to your saddlery. You click on *give saddle* or *give bridle* and chose which one of the saddles/ bridles to put on your horse...... Or if you've done that it puts it on automatically before you ride/ train/do a competition.
Go to the harness room and select a saddle by clicking on it. Put it in the inventory and click on the horse. Click on the saddle in the inventory and when your mouse turns into the saddle, click the horses back. If there's no saddle in the harness room, go buy one at the shop. It won't go on unless you have a saddle blanket under it. Hope this helps. :)
A Saddle goes on the back, and the bridle goes on the head
A horse and the knowledge of how to. People can ride horses bareback... personally, I wouldn't want to. Saddle blankets, a saddle, and a bridle are typical equipment for horseback riding. You'll want to wear a helmet, as well.
This depends on what type of riding you do and how often. You'll need a set of tack which should include a saddle and it's fittings (Leathers, Irons, Girth.) A saddle pad, a bridle with reins and a bit. Then you'll need somewhere to ride the horse. For the rider you'll need heeled riding boots, jeans or long pants, a certified helmet and possibly gloves to prevent blisters.
A saddle, saddle pad/blanket, bridle with appropriate bit, stirrups, riding helmet, jeans or riding pants, chaps or half chaps if you do not use tall boots, riding boots.

It usually takes me about 10 minutes. I put the saddle and blanket on first, then the bridle. When it's cold outside, be sure the bridle is warm enough it put in your horse's mouth. If the bit is too colod, it can stick to their tongue and rip their tongue when you take the bridle off. I would suggest putting the bridle on last when tacking and taking it off first when untacking. It will help you and your horse have a better ride!
At least a bridle and a saddle. Each has their own parts as well. Some horses may need martingales and saddle pads and leg wraps. Don't skimp on tack, the more comfortable the horse is, the easier it is to ride.
