This description comes from the variations I have heard in all my years of listening to parents, historians and authors describing her and characters like her. Things like what she wears come from the illustrations I have seen in books and galleries.
Morgan Le Fay: An incredibly beautiful sorceress, with long, shining hair (the colour varies from blond to raven-feather black, and it is either dead straight or soft waves - it is rare to see her with ), piercing eyes and pale skin (a sign of beauty up till more modern times). Her dress is often crimson, black or midnight blue, with sleeves that either end tapered to the middle/index finger or dropped. Generally it has a low neckline, and a pendant matching her dress (ruby, black onyx or sapphire) around her neck.
Morgan is crafty, intelligent and skilled in magic and is not above using seduction to get what she wants. She is not completely malevolent, nor is she particularly benign, so has an air of mystery and danger about her. She is confident and proud, and if angered can retaliate fiercely - turning them into a dwarf, for instance.
Queen Morgan Le Fay's father was Gorlois. Arthur was Morgan Le Fay's half brother.
There is a book called I AM MORGAN le FAY and it explains Morgan le Fay's childhood and past. It also explains how she turned evil. She's not entirely evil, though. If you read I AM MORGAN le FAY you'll understand her more better.
