In order to fully BLUP a horse you must max out its top 3 breed skills, through riding, training, and competing in them until no more skill points can be gained.
You must also win (first place) 20 competitions in any discipline.
The horse cannot reach 100 BLUP until it is at least 10 years old.

Both of the parents have to have good skills and 100% BLUP. You get BLUP up by training, going on rides and competitions. -Kатнячп•Fυııэя
It's called BLUP. It's an indicator of how well your horse is trained and how well he has done in competitions. A positive BLUP (up to +100) is good, a negative BLUP (-100) is bad. The BLUP of both parents decides whether their foal has inborn skills or not, and how many it will have.
Preferably both as the Blup influences other things and GP is up to the owner but usually higher is better.
Owlient came up with the concept of BLUP as a way for the players to measure the progress their howrses were making in the game.
the horse has to be taken care of for it to age
because the horse is not old enough. A horse on howrse has to be at least 3 years for it to have any kind of tack
Well if you look at one of your horses and scroll down and click on the genetics bar a box will come up that says some genetic things about your horse one bar will say BLUP if you put your mouse over that it will say a number if the number is over one your horse has a positive BLUP all you need to do is find a mare and a stallion that both have a positive BLUP and breed them if you dont get a colt then breed them again until you do
In the ec that your hoorse is staying at you go up to the place where it says the horse is boarded and click cancel stay.
train them and enter them in competions
if you are talking about howrse then you need to type it into google and sign up.
Oh, it's easy as pie! To put tack on a Howrse, you simply go to your horse's page, click on the "Equipment" tab, and then drag the tack you want to use onto your horse. It's just like dressing up your horse in their favorite outfit to go for a ride! Just take your time, enjoy the process, and your Howrse will look fabulous in no time.
Do NOT let it lie down. It may not get up.---In Howrse, you give it the Antispasmodic medicine, found in the Horse Health Care section of The Shop.
