Speckle Parks are a medium sized beef breed that easily converts forage into beef allowing the animal to have a high dressing out percentage. This breed is known as the Carcass breed, producing high quality carcasses without a thick layer of outer fat and high quality marbling.

Heifers and cows rarely need assisting during calving (high calving ease), calves have a birth weight between 60 and 80 pounds and known to be very vigorous (energetic, suckling within minutes). Cows have high maternal instincts and high milking abilities and udder qualities. The breed is very fertile, females will cycle early and are easy to catch.

Speckle Parks are polled (a natural trait), they are very docile, and can withstand harsh environments.
