Purebred Spanish Horse, Friesian, Arabian, Argentinean Criollo and Akhal-Teke are the best I've found. They all have speed, stamina, and dressage as their top three skills.
Thoroughbreds
Friesians are a good horse to excel in trotting, they also do well in dressage.
Arabians and Quarter horses. But any horse can be trained to be good at cross county.
You can get another horse on Howrse several different ways. You can breed a mare through reproduction by choosing a covering. Or you can buy one in the auctions. You can also buy another horse. You can buy a horse in private sales, in auctions, or breed them yourself. You might also look in the negotiations forum for a good deal.
They all come out roughly the same honestly. The higher the skills, GP, and training, the better the horse will do no matter what breed it is.
The American Quarter Horse is the most common breed in the world. This breed is spread to the 4 corners of the Earth, and with good reason. He's smart, agile, versitile and easy-going. It's hard to argue with that.
The names of some good horse websites are: Horseland, ClubPonyPals, Howrse, Horse Isle.

Both of the parents have to have good skills and 100% BLUP. You get BLUP up by training, going on rides and competitions. -Kатнячп•Fυııэя

Any breed of horse can be a good breed to have, and yes Morgans are very good horses. So long as the horse is built and trained to do what you want and you get along well with it then there should be no real problems.
Some good games are howrse and horseland. Horseland is the best!!
