The only one who can really answer that is a bull rider. I guess it would depend on how many sponsers he has, how popular he is, how many tickets he sells, and how many shows he does. Most extreme sports get paid alot.
Additional info from different Contributor: First of all, bull riders do not sell tickets. It depends entirely on the skill of the rider and how rank the bull is. (how hard he is to ride) The Judges score the bull and the rider. The combined score is what counts. Combined scores in the 80's and 90's makes you the man to beat.
If you do not cover your bull (ride the full 8 seconds) you are out. If you touch the bull with your free hand, out. Riders make anything from barely cover his expenses to millions annually. To make the big bucks you must consistently cover the bulls you draw, make high scores, draw the best bulls and don't have a career ending injury. The better you get, the more sponsors you can pull to help defray your costs of travel to rodeos, equipment, event fees etc. It's hard as hell and everyone I know does it because they love it, not for the money.

They formed a group called the Cowboy's Turtle Association, and the group eventually changed their name to the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.
