The podium refers to the raised platform used by the winners of a sporting event to stand on while presented with their awards. Players who place first, second, or third in a competition on Howrse, are said to have "made the podium".

Howrse doesn't really ever end. I guess you can consider yourself a winner by getting yourself or you horses to the top of the podium. Or just by setting goals for yourself to complete. It depends on what satisfied you.
There is no job change when you pass Howrse riding level 3.
It is not possible to get Howrse riding level answers in Russian at this time.
