it wasn't introduced in a state, just the united states. There used to be three flavors. strawberry, vanilla and chocolate. But the cost of making all three forced them to stop making the strawberry and vanilla and keep making the chocolate. That was how the three musketeers bar got it's name.

Unless i'm missing something and there's a three musketeers bar that sells beer. Then i'm sorry, ask someone else.
