Yes, you can open the boot of a Citroën C4 Grand Picasso from the inside. There is typically a release lever or button located near the driver's seat or in the trunk area itself. If you're unable to find it, consult the owner's manual for specific instructions related to your model.
no
Access is from inside of vehicle under boot carpet below offside rear passenger seat.
Yes, in the C3 Picasso at least.
Take out spanner from the right hand rear floor compartment. Unscrew the bolt attaching the wheel from the inside of the boot.
There is a small micro switch located within the door of the boot somewhere? if this is faulty it will release the boot by itself. I think it is located either behind the boot door internal panel or behind the exterior boot door handle you press to open.
go to the boot, get at the back of the light and pop 1 of the clips out with a flat head screwdriver, then just line up the 4 bits when replacing!
Yes of course just get some very strong wire and tie it to the boot

The wheel jack on the Picasso is located in a plastic case (which also doubles up as a wedge to stop the car rolling back) inside the spare tyre. To access the spare tyre you will need to locate the winding handle. This is kept in one of the two floor storage bins in the rear passanger footwell. Use this to "unwind" the spare tyre using the bolt located in the boot under the carpet "lift up flat" to the right of the boot. Wind the tyre down and unhook the tyre to find the plastic case which is held inside the wheel. The jack is inside this case. A word of warning: The jack on my Picasso stripped it's thread as I trtied to use it to jack the car up!
the boot release is in the middle of the boot, you push the handle not pull
Its in the boot.
yep
