To replace the heater fan in a Peugeot 106, first, disconnect the car battery to ensure safety. Remove the dashboard and carefully take out the heater assembly to access the fan motor, usually located behind the dashboard. Disconnect the wiring harness and unscrew the fan from its mounting. Install the new fan by reversing the process, ensuring all connections are secure before reassembling the dashboard and reconnecting the battery.
