Overheating and leaking coolant is a sign of a bad water pump. There is a hole on the bottom of water pumps that allows coolant to leak when they are going out. This is to warn you it is going out so you replace it before major damage is done.

There are a lot of reasons why your cars is leaking coolant , some can be a bad water pump, a bad upper radiator hose or a lower or it can be a bad radiator it self , is can be bad head gasket,or your radiator is not holding Enough PSI the normal range is 8-14. so i hoped i help the best i could.
Add coolant to the overflow tank in the engine compartment near the fuse box on the right side of the vehicle near the firewall.

To drain the coolant on a 2009 Range Rover with a turbo, first ensure the engine is cool, then locate the coolant drain plug, usually found at the bottom of the radiator. Position a drain pan underneath, remove the drain plug, and allow the coolant to flow out completely. After draining, replace the drain plug securely and refill the system with the appropriate coolant mixture. Always dispose of the old coolant properly and check for leaks after refilling.
