Fold the door mirror in towards the window. (Mine was frozen solid and further broke when I forced it round).
This will expose two alen head bolts that can now be undone (or drilled out if you are unlucky) Install with anti seize compound.
For reference there is a metal bearing thing that freezes solid if the mirrors are never folded. I always fold mine when I park on the road or carparks.
