T25 windscreens are indirectly glazed to the body, i.e., the glass sits in a rubber gasket which lips over the aperture, or pinchweld, of the vehicle. Although not a complex job (compared to others) there are some safety issues which must be observed; for this reason (also if you want to remove the glass without damage to either the glass, the vehicle, or indeed yourself) this job is best executed by a trained professional. Is the glass cracked?

Yes, but you will need a few donor parts of the T25 diesel engine; sump, gearbox bellhousing, outlet manifold and engine support bars. Search for "club80-90" or "brickyard vw" for more help
