I have got a 156 i think they are virtually the same fittings but they are a total pain in the butt to change you need hands the size of a baby to do it!!!no joke!!! All you have yo do is remove the cap on the headlights via the inside (engine) very tight so don't be scared to give it a good twist remove the plug off the back of the bulb release the clip holding the bulb in, the clips can be very tight too so find the top of the metal clip and give it a good push towards you and it should release the bulb becareful when putting the new bulbs in that you don't touch with your fingers especially if the bulbs are H7S OR H1S high beam and low beam bulbs. apparently it means the retaining clip on the headlight bulb is missing and therefore the bulb is wobboling slightly when the engine is running and it is an M.O.T fail and it will cost you fortune for them to replace but you can do it yourself for a few pence
